Thiemeyer Guido

Guido Thiemeyer (eds) : born in 1967, is professor for contemporary European history at the Cergy-Pontoise University. He studied history, philosophy, and economics at the University of Cologne. In 1997, he finished his PhD thesis on European agricultural integration in the 1950s. From 1998 to 2004, he was an assistant professor at the University of Kassel. He has published works on European integration history, international monetary relations in the nineteenth century, and Franco-German relations.
